	Wireline Solution (India) Pvt. Ltd About Us Paradigm Infomatix (now Wireline Solution (India) Pvt. Ltd.) is a medical transcription company started with an objective to carve a niche in the booming field of medical transcription. Paradigm Infomatix is situated in serene Coimbatore, the heart of the city. The parent company of Paradigm Infomatix is Wireline Solution (India) PVT. LTD., a leading Internet Service Provider in Coimbatore with prestigious clients like Tamil Nadu Agriculture University, Coimbatore Institute of Technology. Paradigm Infomatix started its operation with 16 MT's and 4 QA's in January 2007. The goal of Paradigm Infomatix is to expand to about 150 MTs and 50 Editors by January 2012. We have around 50 active workstations and can expand according to the requirement. Our aim is to provide the top quality in every thing we do, like the working environment, the infrastructure, the salary available, HR aspects and above all, a satisfied client and workforce. Our Plan of Work Basically our work is based on a three-tier system. The medical transcriptionist transcribes a report which is proofread by a proof reader and finally, the quality is analyzed by a QA. This will enable us to provide the industry's best quality and simultaneously educate and train our MT's and QA's to do their best job. All our MT's are minimum three years experienced. Our Proof Readers are a minimum six-year experienced. Our QA's are minimum 10-year experienced. We effectively follow a dedicated system of work in place for constant feedbacks within the company and also from our clients enabling us to upgrade ourselves, educate ourselves to face the challenges ahead at any instances. We have constant review sessions with our staff, individually or en masse as situation demands. Quality has been and will be our driving force and we purpose to achieve it in each document generated. Our current capacity is to generate about 15,000 lines, nearly 1400 minutes of dictation length, per eight-hour shift. We purpose to increase this, as per the requirement of the client we serve.
